  • Leader of LAGS chemical analyses Group;

Short background

1992 

graduated from Department of Geography of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow biblioe University.

1992-2000

worked at the biblioe Oceanographic Institute, Moscow, studied chemistry of marine waters and sea ice, participated in expeditions to the Caspian, the Black, the White Seas, the Sea of Azov

1996

1999 – till present

completed PhD Thesis’s on salt composition of the Caspian Sea waters works as a researcher at the A.M. Obukhov Institute of Atmospheric Chemistry RAS. Took part in TROICA-6 and TROICA-8,

carried out measurements of atmospheric gaseous species in Kalmykia, in the Kola peninsula, in Kislovodsk, in Moscow Region, on the lake Baikal.

2002 – till present

manages permanent complex measurements on Ecological biblioion at Moscow biblioe University

  

Participated in International scientific conferences, took part in the Meeting of Russia-USA Working Group on Environmental Problems in 2003.

 

Scientific interests:

 

  • - Regional features of lower atmosphere gaseous composition;

  • - Mechanisms of toxic halogenated substances (like Trichloroacetic acid) formation in lower atmosphere;

  • - Role of VOC in surface ozone chemistry.
